At Thakeham, we understand that buying a new home is a substantial investment and can be one of the most exciting but uncertain times in our customers’ lifetime.

That’s why we are committed to providing our customers with a professional, high level of quality of service, guiding you through each step of the buying process.

Once you have moved into your new Thakeham Home, you are appointed a dedicated Customer Care Manager who is your first point of contact, should you encounter any problems after you move in.

Home Demonstration

To make sure that you are happy with every aspect of your new home, we carry out a comprehensive checking and commissioning procedure which ensures that the finish of your home meets our exacting standards. You are then invited to your Home Demonstration, before you take ownership of your new home, during this time we will demonstrate all aspects of your new property.

10 Year NHBC Warranty

Thakeham is a NHBC registered new home builder, therefore your home is guaranteed under the Ten Year NHBC Warranty. As our further commitment to you, we also offer our Thakeham Customer Care cover for the first two years of occupation. During this time should you encounter any problems with your new home our Customer Care team are on hand to assist and offer you a solution.

Our Customer Care promise ensures that you continue to have peace of mind long after you first move into your new home.

To give you added peace of mind, in association with the NHBC, Thakeham registers each new home with a company that can deal with any problems that may require immediate attention out of our normal working hours. This commitment is also valid throughout the first two years of occupation.
