We build homes and create communities that will stand the test of time.
We are a housebuilder that takes a different approach. Our developments put community, energy efficiency and biodiversity at their heart — because we believe great homes should support both people and the planet.
We work with the natural landscape, creating green and blue spaces and boosting biodiversity wherever we build. Our homes are designed with modern construction methods that prioritise energy efficiency, and where we can, we install solar panels and heat pumps to help reduce carbon emissions from day one.
But it's not just about the homes. It’s about the lives lived in them. Whether privately purchased or affordable, every home we build is to the same high standard. We plan for thriving communities from the start, with schools, hubs and open spaces, because building responsibly is always our first choice.
Our journey began in 2003 and we’ve always had a clear vision: to deliver consistent quality homes across the south of England. We take inspiration from our surroundings – the villages and market towns – that are at the heart of this area of natural beauty.
From our very early days to the thriving communities we create today, our journey has been shaped by a commitment to quality, sustainability and doing the right thing. These are the milestones, people and principles that have helped shape who we are and the homes we build.
Our Executive team is responsible for the day to day running of the business, supported by their highly experienced Management team.
We believe that everyone deserves a home that not only meets their needs but also respects the planet and supports thriving communities. Our sustainability-first approach is woven through every part of what we do; from building zero carbon homes and creating green and blue, biodiverse spaces, to designing neighbourhoods that inspire better ways of living.
We create strong, connected communities. We take an infrastructure-first approach, delivering schools, community hubs and green spaces early in each development to help neighbourhoods thrive from day one.
By working closely with charities, community groups and organisations like Plunkett UK, we ensure that our homes are part of something bigger — places where people feel welcome, supported and proud to live.
Strong governance underpins everything we do. Our structure is designed to ensure transparency, accountability and effective decision-making at every level; from the Board and Non-Executive Committee, to the Executive and Management teams.
Together, we ensure our developments meet the highest standards while serving the needs of our customers and communities.
Innovation is transforming the way we build homes and we're proud to be leading that change. From digital design tools to embracing technologies like 3D modelling, we're improving how homes are planned, built and lived in.
We’re also exploring exciting new approaches – all helping us build faster, safer and more sustainably. It’s part of our commitment to create homes and communities that are future-ready, and also built better today.
"Even the solar panels clean themselves when it rains. No matter what happens with energy prices, we know what to expect."

“We initially looked at other period properties, but we felt a newbuild home would be right for us. We didn’t want the hassle of all the general maintenance of an older house, such as old boilers, changing electrics and sash windows. A new build gave us a clean slate.”

“I’m a people person, and Woodgate has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I remember the first time I came here. I came for a coffee with a friend and we sat in the café overlooking the big village green. I thought to myself that I’d like to live here.”

"We lived there for thirty-four years and raised our three children in that home, but it was creaking at the seams! We didn’t feel we could leave the house for any length of time without fear of something going wrong, such as a pipe bursting or the roof leaking. We chose a new build home for peace of mind."

"After sending a friend to check it out for us, we were mesmerised. He called us from his car and said, ‘You need to live here, I’ve never seen a place like this."

"I love the design, the layout, the wide roads with the houses nicely set back. It’s spread out and already has a nice community feel. With the park next door and a new Village Green, this is our long-term, hopefully forever home. And that was all before we stepped inside!”
