The Board and Non-Executive Committee manage the strategic priorities of the business and our business plan.

The Executive Management team is responsible for the day to day running of the business, alongside our Management team.

How we'reregulated

We’re members of several groups and frameworks that represent the interests of our customers and communities.

  • National House Building Council

We are registered with the National House Building Council (NHBC), the leading home warranty and insurance provider and standards-setter for UK housebuilding.

Through the NHBC we follow the Consumer Code for Home Builders. This industry-led scheme gives protection and rights to new home buyers.

  • Home Builder Federation

We’re members of the Home Builders Federation (HBF), the representative body of the home building industry in England and Wales.

  • Future Homes Hub

The Future Homes Hub facilitates collaboration within and beyond the homebuilding industry to help meet climate and environmental challenges.

Our Safety, Health and Environment Director is an advisor to the Operational team, and our Chief Executive Officer sits on the delivery taskforce.

  • National Framework Partnership

National Framework Partnership (NFP) promotes procurement frameworks within the public sector. As a framework partner, our partners can be confident that we’re transparent in how we procure products and services.

Accreditedschemes

By meeting certain requirements or achieving specific benchmarks, we've been accredited by several independent organisations.

  • Planet Mark

Planet Mark provides independent measurement and certification of our sustainability goals. Carbon reporting involves measuring and disclosing the amount of carbon emissions we produce.

  • Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same. The scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards for supporting the defence and armed forces community, and aligning values with the Armed Forces Covenant.

We’re one of only 193 organisations to be a gold status signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.
