Our favourite room is Bedroom 2

Each room in the showhome has its own unique charm. But Bedroom 2 stands out as a true highlight. It features classic panelling painted in Treron by Farrow & Ball. The deep green adds warmth and depth, while beautifully crafted wooden furniture enhances the country aesthetic. Rich red accents introduce a timeless pop of colour and extra character.

A stylish bedroom with a calming, modern design. A bed with white bedding and layered pillows sits against a green paneled feature wall, flanked by wooden nightstands and soft-glow lamps. A woven ceiling light adds warmth overhead. To the left, a round mirror and console table with decorative accents—such as a vase of flowers and framed art—bring personality to the space. Natural light filters through a large window on the right, above a white radiator, enhancing the inviting and serene atmosphere.

How to add modern country style to your home

To achieve this look, try these simple yet effective ideas:

  • Layer textures: Mix soft linens, chunky knits, and natural wood for depth and warmth.

  • Choose an earthy colour palette: Use muted greens, warm neutrals, and deep reds to create a cosy, inviting space.

  • Select timeless yet modern furniture: Find pieces with clean lines that still show rustic character.

  • Curate stylish yet practical decor: High-street finds with a handmade feel can make your home feel both elegant and lived in.
