Our office hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. With our flexitime policy, flex your start and finish times for a work life balance that suits you.

Our head office is in Billingshurst. Depending on your role, you can also work in our regional office in West Malling. We operate a hybrid hot desk model, where you’ll be in the office two days a week.

Finish at 4pm on a Friday in June, July and August to enjoy the summer months.

Relax in the hub, where you can eat and meet with the team. Book a meeting room or choose one of our informal break out spaces. We even have booths to take private phone calls.

Choose from a selection of free fruit in our offices. Free squash, tea and coffee, with bean to cup coffee machines for your caffeine fix. Plus, Quooker boiling taps for mineral and sparkling water.

We provide plug and play IT equipment, and you can book your desk in advance through an app. If you cycle or run, there are lockers and a changing room with showers.

We bring everyone together once a year for updates from the Executive team. Team building is a core part of these all hands events.

During the summer months, we have office barbeques and a bring your kids to work day. At a department level, enjoy team events and away days throughout the year.

Our structured induction programme helps get you settled in and up to speed in no time. We provide IT training as part of your on boarding, so you have the tools you need to collaborate.

We’ll reimburse a professional membership related to your role. We also provide any training relevant for your role.
