Your partner forlow or Zero carbonhigh qualityenergy efficient homes

We partner with housing associations and local authorities to deliver much needed energy efficient housing across the south east.

What’s more, through looking at the embodied carbon emissions associated with the construction of our homes, we will create a baseline from which we will work to reduce this as much as possible.

Together, we’ll determine the level of efficiency you want to achieve on your scheme.

What areenergy efficient homes?

Energy-efficient homes are built or updated to use less energy. They do this by keeping heat in during winter and out during summer. Good insulation, airtight windows, and smart heating systems all help. These homes often use less electricity and gas, which can mean lower bills. They are also better for the environment.

We're experienced in building all types of energy efficient homes, including:

  • Future Homes Standard homes: built to meet 2025 UK rules, these homes cut energy use and reduce carbon emissions by up to 80% with better insulation, low-carbon heating like heat pumps, and improved ventilation.

  • Net zero carbon homes: these homes balance the energy they use with what they generate through solar panels and smart design. They also use low-carbon materials to cut emissions during and after construction.

  • Zero Bills homes: in partnership with Octopus Energy, these homes use solar panels, heat pumps, and smart energy systems to supply all their power—so homeowners pay no energy bills for 5 to 10 years.
