Woodgate is a new community comprising of 619 homes. It marks a significant milestone in the development of infrastructure-led communities within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

With almost all of the scheme now completed, a thriving, brand-new community has come to life. The community hub features a shop, café, and sustainable transport options.

120 net zero carbon homes featuring solar panels, air source heat pumps, electric vehicle charging points and improved transport connectivity for the local community. We are partnering with Octopus Energy to provide a selection of Zero Bills homes.

Alongside a range of affordable homes for private sale, 30% of the homes built will be affordable homes for local people in housing need. Homes will include affordable rent, shared ownership and discounted market sale.
