Get aguaranteed sale with part exchange
Part Exchange gives you a quick and guaranteed sale on your current home. By partnering with Property PX Group, we can help you skip the uncertainty of selling on the open market. Property PX Group will value your home, make a formal offer, and handle the sale.
You won’t have to worry about estate agent fees or delays. Property PX Group manages your current home sale, and we’ll support you through buying your new home. Part exchange is available at all our developments.
Secure your new home with a5% deposit
The Deposit Unlock Scheme makes it easier to buy a new home with a 5% deposit. This scheme offers mortgages for new build properties up to £750,000 in loan value (or £833,000 sale price). Using this scheme, you can secure a mortgage without needing a large deposit.
To buy with Deposit Unlock, view and reserve your home, then get a loan confirmation letter. Take this letter to your mortgage broker or lender, and they will offer you a mortgage under the scheme. The scheme works through an insurance policy created by the Home Builders Federation. This protects the lender in case of payment default.
Own newwith lowermortgage payments
Own New Rate Reducer helps you buy your dream home with a sub 4% interest rate and still own 100% of your property. It offers a regular mortgage with lower monthly payments for the initial period. This scheme is available to new build homes, allowing you to secure a great mortgage deal on your new home.
To get started, find your ideal new home and make a reservation. Our sales team will send you an acknowledgment letter and connect you with an approved mortgage broker. After exchanging with a valid mortgage offer and deposit, you can move forward. Own New Rate Reducer makes it easier to own 100% of your home while enjoying lower interest rates.
Hassle free move with ourconcierge service
Our Personal Concierge Service makes moving easy, we can help with everything. From arranging valuations and finding an agent if you need to sell, to connecting you with a financial advisor for mortgage advice. We also cover the cost of a solicitor to help with both selling your old home and buying your new one. Plus, we can arrange a removal company and help set up your new home, including Wi-Fi and TV.
This service is available on selected plots. Once you pay the reservation fee for your new home, we’ll take it off the market and start helping you with the process. Our sales team is here to make your home move as easy and stress-free as possible.
Tailored incentiveson selected properties
Selected properties are available with individual tailored incentives to help you move. We may contribute towards your mortgage or cover the costs of Stamp Duty. On selected properties we may cover your legal or moving fees.
